Hi, I've tried every option on Paypals help site but seem to be stuck in a revolving door. My partner recently (10th September) noticed a transaction from her bank account that she didn't authorise, she then logged on to her Paypal account to view her recent activity and could see nothing ( and i mean nothing). She regularly purchases off e-bay but nothing was showing in her activity, not this week, month, this year, last year. So we tried the resolution route that takes you back to your activity so you can dispute it, but because we can't see her activity there is no option to go any further. I have tried all manner of routes to rectify this but are just going round and round in circles. I have tried to phone customer services thats a no go and got cut off. How on earth are you supposed to report a security issue if you can't contact anyone? . Also there is a managed contact in her list that she dosen't know, we have tried to block her and it won't let us. We have now closed the account, so that no more money can be taken from her bank account. Any help with this would be most grateful. Any?
