Hi, I am hoping someone can advise. I am currently going through a dispute. The seller has agreed to fully refund but I have to pay return postage. This is going to be around £100. I completely disagree with this as the problem with the product I purchased is not my fault and is covered under a 6 month warranty. I cannot get hold of anyone in paypal to speak to regarding this and my deadline to reply is tomorrow to upload tracking documentation for the return. Help?
