My PayPal account was hacked into. First money I had in my PayPal cash account was transferred out of the account to an unauthorized credit card which was not mine. The same day $1,000 was set up t be transferred out of my bank account. Fortunately I was able to catch that myself and take care of it before it could be stolen from me. PayPal has not taken any responsibility to resolve anything or refund my money. They have altered my account where I am now unable to send anything through the resolution center or message with any of their agents. This all started when I received a phishing email August 24,2020. There were hundred of other names on this email, the unfortunately some were probably affected also. Does anyone have any ideas of whom I could contact regarding this issue?
