Hey guys I had a 4 thousand negative balance on my account some time back and ofc as a good member I paid it off, I called in specifically asking the collection rep to make sure they don't send me to collections and help me transfer the funds directly from my bank, she confirmed as long as the payment goes through My name won't end up in collections agency. So I payed Come to find out today I got a formal letter saying I have been sent to collections and that I need to pay this balance off in the next thirty days. Just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else and can give me some insight before I completely demolish PayPal representatives tomorrow.\ Also if anyone has any customer service phone numbers they could suggest to save my lungs tomorrow that would be great!
