after contacting the seller that an item they had sent was broken, they came back with $6 compensation for an item that was $38. after a back and forward i escalated my case and I stated that a full refund for the item would be preferred but I would accept a partial refund. they keep wanting me to return the item for a refund but returning the item would cost over £43 to China. i explained this in the escalation statement which is why I said i would agree to a partial refund. the escalation came back with a full refund but I have to return the item. there is nothing to contact paypal again, just to add tracking information. what do i do please?
