What happened to me and many others is that after a long time, 2 months or so, a dodgy small parcel will arrive with something useless, from Chine. In my case, a bunch of toothbrushes. This is how they operate - by being able to give you and, more importantly, Paypal,  a tracking nr, they can stall and stall and have a hint of legitimacy over their scamming business. You will have to keep up the pressure with paypal, and do mention that you and hundreds of others have been scammed by this company, as can be seen from the many long threads in this space, the paypal community. same story here, ordered two lamps, crow and butterfly, paid $ 31 got toothbrushes. Disgusting looking ones I'd never ever use may I add. If they do this as standard it is so obviously a scam and not an honest mistake - how come Paypal refuses to see this?? with so many of us, just look at the length of this thread and there's more PP community threads about Unilone scam company. I'm in the same boat. I noticed there are at least 3 different threads here in the Paypal community dealing with Unilone. CLearly many have been and  continue to be scammed. I paid 31 euros for two lamps. They sent me a box of **bleep** toothbrushes. Paypal says my claim is denied as they received the tracking / shipment details from the company... If I sent back the box of toothbrushes to China I'll be out of pocket even more. What to do?? Paypal is no use and doesn't offer any protection if they get away with this, and clearly they do, for many of us!! copying part of Paypal's reply here:   [We received the claim(s) you filed on 28 September 2020. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). Hi Nuada   I managed finally to at least lodge a complaint with Paypal about my lamps that never arrived. They didn't show up in  my purchases because somehow it was registered with paypal as a 'guest purchase'. Via Paypal chat and the email id they finally linked me to the purchase and now they gave the company 10 more days to deliver. i got an email from a different email address now claiming that my order has been shipped. There is no reference to what my order actually was but because it's from China and an email came from  Paypal customer service it must be them.  sellers name in Chinese (not allowed to post the characters here?),  Shipper China Post EMS, status shipped. Thanks Nuala but I can't - in  the resolution centre no payment at all is showing up for the last 3 months - even though I did make the payment in August, and have the paypal receipt by emails. I'm trying through chat / messaging now, hopefully at least I can get this process started.  ... View more

Hi,    may I ask how you communicate with Paypal itself? I filled out the form on the 'contact us' page, but never got a reply from paypal. I did get a (dodgy, in denial) reply from my email to the scamming company, but none from paypal. My 20 days since paying are well over, so I'd really want to know how to get refunded through paypall for this order that clearly is never going to be delivered. Thanks ... View more

Unilone's first reply was to give me a tracking nr with a link. Entered that nr in the link, nr doesn't exist. Emailed them again, and now they replied  Dear Customer,  Thank you for contacting us regarding your inquiry. Orders are shipped as order within three days after they placed. Nowadays the health emergency affected the delivery service and caused the shortage of express staff. Moreover, the overwhelming demand and strict custom clearance also affect the delivery time. Considering above situation, please understand that we cannot give an accurate time. The system won’t update frequently, but please do not worry. We will keep tracking for you, any news we will inform you as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated. Unilone sent me a tracking nr and a link to enter it into. When I entered the nr into the parcel tracking site the site told me nr doesn't exist. Great. Sent another email to Unilone.. I'm afraid this is going to get nowhere unless Paypal finally admits this company is a scam and refunds us all ... View more

I have sent an email to both Unilone and to Paypal. I will let ye all know what the replies will be. In the meantime, have you all noticed that they keep advertising their non-existing goods on Facebook, this time under the  name  Pettingneeds? I see their sponsored adds all the time, and usually attracting 100s of comments (all oh lovely, need to get one, ordered mine etc) and then the next hour there's only one comment.. So I assume they have plenty of bots commenting the comments they want to see shared, and when a real person comments; this is a scam, don't waste your money, or something like that, they just remove the add and come out with a new one. At least that's what I think. It's a disgrace of a system and I feel such a fool having fallen for it! ... View more

Hi, I'm also still awaiting my order - I bought two lamps, a crow one and butterfly one. I am assuming delivery may just be delayed due to Covid, and not necessarily a scam? I do hope so.
