I submitted a report on the Resolution Center against an unauthorized subscription update. The case was closed on PayPal and the seller would like to refund me but says that since there's an open case on PayPal's Resolution Center, their system can't issue a refund. They said they want to issue the refund but the reason they can’t is that PayPal does not allow them if there is an open dispute - "We tried to issue your refund again but we were not able to do it because there is still an open dispute". Could someone from Paypal help me remove the report in the Resolution Center so I could get the refund from the seller? Thank you!
