I was scammed by a company in China. I have had ongoing conversations with paypal who seemed to have to reopen the conversation and case EVERY TIME. I have provided receipts, screen shots, and ultimately it was up to me to return the item they ended up sending (merely 2 golf balls versus an outdoor set) to get a full refund. So, while I paid $47 dollars, in order for me to return the mere two golf balls for a full refund, I would have to pay shipping which was over $60. NO ONE AT PAYPAL THOUGHT THIS WAS AN ISSUE! Same old response, send it back to the seller to get your refund. Unreal. And, while in a 2 hour conversation today in the message center since I cannot speak with anyone on the phone, I got an email that my case was over because I didn't meet the deadline imposed EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN CONVERSATIONS IN THE PAST COUPLE DAYS WITH PAY PAL.....AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE LONGER FOR THE SELLER TO RECEIVE THE MERE TWO GOLF BALLS IF I MAILED THEM BACK. I thought Pay Pal was better than this. I was wrong. Just as bad as the seller. NO CONSCIENCE.
