Hi, So I received an information request to further confirm my identity with PayPal France, as shown here which I cannot fulfil with documents since I moved to Andorra and consequently opened an account with PayPal Andorra. Unfortunately, now my account is in semi-locked state and the button to Close the account (following the Hep instructions) is unavailable. On top, the message center also became dysfunctional. When I click on “Contact us” below, it redirects me to the Help webpage instead, in loop Lastly, the support phone number for PayPal France is unreachable due to Covid. Thus, I’m stuck in a limbo. I would like the PatPal staff to please close my account on my behalf cause it became impossible to do so by myself... Regards
