I made a PayPal account to receive my unemployment when I received my unemployment they immediately locked my account for 180 days even after sending in the necessary documents . The 180 days were supposed to be over 02/18/2021 . I’ve called multiple times after that and they acted like they couldn’t provide me any information once so ever and basically told me to be patient and wait for a email for further instructions. Today 03/08/2021 , i called again becoming very inpatient that I’m basically just supposed to wait on their time when they told me 180 days. When I called back today they told me it was a SECOND limitation that was effective December 22nd, the fact that my account was locked in August and I couldn’t log in or do anything in the account why is there a second limitation that I was never notified of until several months later and placed during a period when a first limitation was still effective ? Why wasn’t I notified any other time I called ? That’s bulls*** ! I ITS OUTRAGEOUS ! That means I have to wait a whole year for $9,000 worth of unemployment during a pandemic, like wow I’m extremely outraged , how could they even do something like that? Has anybody experienced something similar or found a solution , or a number for anybody higher up or something? I SHOULDNT have to wait a YEAR for my unemployment funds . Please help
