How can I speak to a LIVE person, so I can get across to them my desire to NOT accept the paltry $12.00 refund from a falsely advertised item that cost me $39.98 USD? It's been almost 3 months since I filed the original report, and today was basically told "too bad so sad, get over it. Here's $12.00, suck it up". I don't want to end up with a bad "taste in my mouth" over PayPal siding with the lying company that is selling "DOT compliant motorcycle helmets made from fiberglass", when in actuality, they are NOT DOT compliant, and are instead made from ABS plastic.
