Hello All, I am having an issue when trying to comply with submitting documents confirming my business identity. The links that PayPal support has provided show that I do not have any actions to perform. Support keeps sending me the same links, and I keep sending them screen captures of what I see when I go to the links. I have tried several browsers, cleared cached data and still the PayPal system states I have satisfied the requirements. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Also is there any way to take to a person live in within PayPal support? My issue could be resolved if I could work with one person instead of the round-robin support via messages.
