it seems while we might think we are dealing with one company these are clearly operating as two separate distinct companies that only operate as a whole when convenient to do so. In a nut shell, I have had 2 charge backs on my account (1) on the Pay Pal Credit side which is correct and another on the Pay Pal side which resulted in a negative balance and subsequent blockage from using that account. This has been going on for 2 months now and it seems Pay Pal is hiding behind covid as an excuse for not being able to resolve the issue. I really need the 2 companies to communicate with each other however Synchrony tells me that Pay Pal is not accepting calls. Any ideas or direction on this? I am at the point where I may just have to close both accounts and take my business to Google Pay or other competitors.
