I have raised a formal complaint regarding the level of customer service I have received from a member of PayPal staff and having enter all of the relevant details, received a response titled "Final response to your recent email" within a matter of minutes, which is a blank and generic response template. The reply contains no details of their resolution, no reference for the reply or relevant details. I have made further contact via the same process and again received the exact blank template. A copy of the response is added below. Is anyone able to advise of how I can made contact with someone who will actually look at this, rather than just a blank response being provide.
