Me too! I've been told my account is permanently limited but to go to the help center and send a message. It has been days since I sent the message and no answer- when I call the phone number it hangs up on me and tells me they can't handle my issue over the phone. That's crazy customer service! There should be a 1-800 number where you an actually get through to a person!!!
