It's clear that I've been scammed and PayPal is not covering the fraud that has taken place on my account. I've changed all my passwords, requested new cards from the bank and I'm trying to appeal the decision. Paypal has given no options to talk to human being. How can I get PayPal to do the right thing here? I'm worried they will come after me for money that I don't owe and don't have. I've tried shutting down this mysterious CHime account but PayPal won't let me.
