I am that angry with PayPal that I am struggling to put words together. I received a parcel from a company in China who originally showed themselves with an 'English' email address. The items came and were not what I ordered. I was offered a solution from this rip off company of a discount to keep the items that I did not order. I did not wish to do that. I just wanted to return the items at their cost and get a full refund. PayPal are seeing this return as my issue and my cost. With that in mind, because I have not returned these INCORRECT items at my own cost they have closed those case. What complete and utter **bleep**. All they have done by doing this is support the scammers.
