What the heck has happened to Paypal? They are stating this lack of available customer support is CoVid related, but people are able to remote work am sure. I filed a claim when the seller didn't ship for 90+days and their phone number was no longer available. Around 120day mark, one item showed up that did not fit the description of the items i purchased and since there was a shipping confirmation, CASE CLOSED by Paypal. i provided my original receipt of what items were ordered, pictures of the item and picture of the item that showed up. The second item wasn't included in the box, but no help and no way to figure out how to get Paypal's attention on this order. Any suggestions or more customer focused platforms to switch over to from Paypal?
