I ordered an item, after 45 days with no comms or tracking info I began dispute, vendor then provided tracking number and I received the wrong item 60 days after payment.( ordered free standing Apollo rocket floor lamp ,they sent a child's lego type rocket toy marked "8 yrs up") Because PP received tracking info from the vendor they consider the case closed and I cannot seem to dispute the fact that after 60 days they have sent a completely different item worth around a quarter what I paid and of no use to me whatsoever. Is there any way I can take this further with PP ? It seems they have rejected my claim on the basis the vendor supplied tracking info regardless of the fact they sent an unrelated/different item. Any help would be great as I feel this vendor acted deliberately fraudulently and it seems PP have left me out of pocket with no protection.
