Good afternoon, I am trying to close my account and reopen a new one using the same email and mobile. The reason for, I moved from the Netherlands to Portugal. I cannot delete my email, nor phone number, neither address. It keeps requesting to add new ones, set as primary, and after all, I can delete them. But I don’t have any address remaining in the Netherlands. I just need that someone from the PayPal support centre help me to delete all data and close my NL account. you sent me a message, but I cannot open it. I hope that you can help me with this. Could you please send me the instructions directly to my email, seeing that over PayPal is not working? Thank you in advance
