Ordered a toy for my grandkids. described as a remote control Croc head, a pool toy. When package arrived it was only a croc head no remote control boat. I filed dispute, first vendor offered $15 refund, I declined. Then vendor offered $25 refund, I again declined. Now vendor is offering full refund but I have to ship croc head back to China. This doesn't seem right , but I cant figure out how to decline and cannot seem to find a way to escalate this further in PayPal? I have been scammed.
