I am livid with this PayPal process. My business PayPal account is locked the error 'Sorry we cant log you in. If you think there is a problem contact us and we can help resolve it'. When I reset the password 'We're sorry something seems to have gone wrong please try again later.' This error always occurs it's not a matter of trying again. So I try to message help but I can't do that until I log in. I can't log in with this account that's the issue I am having. So I use my person account and message them. They have instructed me three times to message them as a guest. I have asked them how? I've clicked on the message link umpteen times and there to my knowledge has no such function. All I want to is help to unlock this account how can PayPal have such a poor facility to help manage these issues?
