I have clients on 90 day subscription renewal. The service is 3 weekly appointments paid quarterly. How can I allow for someone to take time off and not be charged for it? I know i can pause the subscription, but when I re-enter it should I expect the next payment to remain the same? eg: I have a client who's next payment date is November 5th. He wishes to take the next two weeks off. If I pause his subscription for two weeks, will his new payment date now be November 19th? If yes - GREAT, problem solved. If no: how can I do this?
