The same thing just happened to me. They advertised a threadmill and they sent me an elastic band! This was obviously a scam but when i requested a refund paypal said i had to post back the item but the seller provided an adress in all chinese writing which i couldnt understand so ive been trying to contact paypal to try sort this out. The seller is obviously a good scammer and knew this would happen. Ive sent numerous emails and messages but havent had 1 reply yet. I have just received an email from paypal telling me my refund has been denied because i ran out of time to provide a tracking number. I am so annoyed with paypal right now and feel they are not a safe and secure way to shop or protect buyers. There customer service is an absolute shambles and the scammers have more rights with paypal then the buyers!!
