Yep, this is exactly what happened to me as well; I even went to my local USPS substation and asked them directly what happened to the package. They were able to give me an address for where my item supposedly went to (which IS in my zip code) so I go over there, and of course they're like "wtf are you going on about?" and it was a good thing I documented everything and made notes on the timeline because after two rounds of PayPal being ABSOULUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC, Chase Bank had the good sense to believe what I was presenting them and refunded the amount charged to my card. PayPal, if you're reading this, you guys suck huge donkey <edited> and I can't wait for you guys to go out of business.
