I bought a few women's items online and after 7 weeks and me contacting Paypal several times to inform them I had not received my items, Paypal closed the dispute after getting so-called proof from the seller that the items were delivered to me. No such thing happened. I contacted the courier and they checked on the computer and discovered that Paypal had been supplied with the wrong tracking number. The tracking number was for men's items and were delivered and signed for by a man. I am female and did not sign for anything at all and live alone. I have tried to reopen the case, with no success. I have contacted the supplier in China with no success. I want to be reimbursed for my items. The men's items were sent to an address in the same area as mine, but not to my address. The seller did not send me my items with An Post, they sent me another tracking number from one of the many courier companies they use, but there is nothing on the website showing any updates at all. This has now become a nightmare. Please try and assist me?
