Hello, thank you for viewing my question. If the seller issued a refund, would it show immediately on my Paypal Activity? I bought a painting last Friday to gift and had to cancel the order Sunday as the person’s dorm was smaller than expected. I initially messaged the seller Sunday morning and was told they’ll have it refunded by end of day. Past 3 days to today, I message again on the status as I have yet to see anything on the bank account or PayPal Activity. “I see there is one painting under your email address. Is that the one you wanted to cancel.” Back to square one, I reply, “yes, please cancel and refund the painting.”’ Looked up reviews of the guy and it’s just my luck. The guy has some pretty awful reviews of giving the run around and I’m starting to think I’m falling for it. Am I clear to open a dispute or should I wait off a few more days? Looking around, most disputes are with items not received and sent. But mine was canceled through, “word of mouth” by emailing.
