I have just received a message from Paypal stating that I have to return the items by next week. The items were significantly not as described, and the seller kept claiming that they were damaged during shipping and that I had damaged the items. He was trying to commit fraud, as he sent me defective items. However, I had been able to win the case, thus will have to send the items back for a refund. The problem is, this seller is a scammer, and I am afraid that he will claim that the items were damaged because of me, or that he did not receive the items. I have read reviews about this seller and have come across similar reviews. Will I receive my refund after I have returned the items, even if he claimed that I have damaged the items or that he did not receive them?
