PayPal have restricted my account for over a month claiming that I should provide proof of ID through resolution centre but it says error everytime I try to upload it. I have called, emailed and spoken to many representatives on the live chat and they still tell me to do the same thing - upload through resolution centre despite it saying error everytime I try. Please I need my money locked away in my restricted PayPal account not PayPals money. Please can anyone help/ explain on what I could do? I have been restricted for a full month and a week now
