I sold the service to my client and he made a payment to me, I changed the shipping information and PayPal told me I should receive my payment on hold in one day, it's now 4th day, what's happening and no complain from the buyer, why hold my funds, are you helping or you are making it worse during this pandemic, I need my cash into my account, if you are smelling something bad we have resolution center to solve, I don't see the meaning of holding my money when we can do it in resolution center, you just making it worse, PayPal community should should know.
