Ordered product, it never arrived. Went to the official PayPal "RESOLUTION CENTER" and opened a case. After submitting a ton of evidence, PayPal approved the refund and attempted to collect the funds from the seller (who was a thief). PayPal was unable to get the funds from the seller and immediately closed the case WITHOUT giving me a refund that was approved by PayPal. So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company (as that was method of payment linked to PayPal account), reopened the case with PayPal, and continued supplying them more and more documentation until they discovered that I had disputed the charge with my credit card company at which point PayPal sent me an email telling me that they can no longer help me because I opened a case with my credit card company. Sure, that makes a lot of sense. To summarize, I ordered a product on PayPal. It never arrived. PayPal approved the refund, but PayPal never gave me the refund. Finally, Paypal refused to help any further. "Case CLOSED; Not in customer favor". Good news! After the credit card company reviewed the evidence, the credit card company reversed the charge! Gee, what a surprise. Do NOT depend upon any money back guarantees from PayPal. Immediately open a case with your credit card company. SHAME ON YOU PAYPAL! You are no better than the guy that stole my money. This is a prime example of why people get so upset with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on you.
