Hi, I recently disputed a transaction wherein the seller chose a cheaper shipping even though i paid for express shipping and at this point, i have not received the item yet. The case got closed in my favor, i received the refund for the difference in shipping cost. Problem is, when the item eventually arrived its condition is less than acceptable and i reached out to the vendor and was advised to ship the item back then they will send me a replacement and refund for the return shipping. It's been two weeks since i have shipped the item and it seems like the vendor is just delaying and has no plans of ever sending the new item or even refunding me. I wanted to open another dispute but this time for the full amount of the item + return shipping however, the transaction doesn't seem to allow me to open another case. Any advise? Thanks.
