I've bought a pair of sneakers and when I received it was a fake product. I opened a case with paypal. After about a mouth the seller agreed to give my money back but it is necessary to send the product back. I already sent, but I want to be reimbursed about my postal expenses. I'm very dissapointed with Paypal because I think I should not be penalised because I'm the victm here. I think is not fair to pay by my own to return a fake product. This retun expense shoud be paid by the seller. Am I wrong? I was expecting more about Paypal.
