Hello community 😄 So basically, I was a little bit upset when the first time my money were on hold. At first, I didnt know how the process work, but now I know that to release the money faster (than the 21 days period) the customer need to click on confirm order thingy(?) on their email... My first customer said that he didnt receive the email, so I think maybe im doing something wrong, and for my second customer, it's the same. But after about 2 weeks (for the first customer) and another month (for my second customer) I already receive all the money (by now). Now, it happen to my third customer too, he said that there's no email to confirm the order. Even on spam folder. So im assuming maybe it's not my fault, maybe it's paypal's side fault. I know at last, I will receive the money but I cannot genuinely wait for another months just to release the money. Can someone give me a proper guide for me to explain to my customer to 'confirm order'? Why didnt my customer get the email? Paypal said like "The email has been sent. Please wait for another 3-7 days after the order confirm to get the money" but my customer said no email received... Im doing an online digital work commission, so there's no physical good to be send and no tracking number. Thanks for your help! 🙂
