In order to make a refund I am trying to transfer $$ from my linked checking account to my PP account. PayPal says 1.Click Wallet. 2.Click Transfer Money. 3.Click Add money to your balance. Problem is that when you open up Wallet there is no option 2 or 3. In other words, I cannot follow PP instructions since the page DOES NOT HAVE A PLACE TO SELECT THAT OPTION!

I have tried for 2 days to get resolution on the help center but no one replies. I want to refund the buyer. No funds in my PP account, but PP written procedure in that case is to pay refund from linked checking account. PP says it cannot process refund due to insufficient funds in PP account and ignores its own procedure to debit my checking account. Countless messages go unanswered!

trying to process refund, no funds in my PP account. PP won't process, send note that insufficient funds in my PP account. PP rules are that in that case the refund is issued from the primary linked bank account, which has more than sufficient money. Why won't PP process the refund from my bank account?
