Had an old account under my name, and wife's email. That account was closed and my wife opened a new account with the same email. After the account was closed 2 refunds were processed. We have verified with the vendors that both refunds were processed. The refunds are now missing because that account was closed. It gets complicated because we can't even log into the old account because the new account has the same email address! Been trying for well over a month and have not been able to contact anyone at Paypal that can assist!
