Already 2 days I try to contact customer support by phone in America, but I always get a message that nobody is available because of the covid Virus.
All answers from the automatic support robot do not give me the answer.
Our account is limited and we try to upload the documents requested but our authorization letter is always rejected because we have a small corporation with only 1 person in charge. This person is also the main chairholder of the corporation and the CEO manager in charge. That means that if I use the template provided he has to authorize himself and that is rejected.
I do not know how to solve this problem without customer support.
In the meantime, our business can not receive any payments anymore.
I hope Paypal support or somebody from the community will read this message, so they can come with a solution because we have to get back in as soon as possible business.

Phone #s not permitted]/p> All existing phone numbers on the PayPal website give you a helpdesk that tells you that nobody is available because of corona Virus But PayPal is Limiting our account and all uploaded documents are rejected so we need to talk to a customer support employee to help us out, but PayPal gives no alternative to contact support for solving this problem. Because of PayPal way we can not do business anymore. How can a big company like PayPal have such a bad support? I hope they will solve this problem as soon as possible.
