Hi! Just need advice and help. We’ve just sent the payment to the right email address and it was sent successfully but days after the person said it was on hold until the order is full filled. I tried to tell him that his account may be new or inactive for a while so it takes days to reflect. Is there anyway we can help expedite the release or is there more reasons why? He’s quite nagging about it.
