I too had to send the item back. First the address they gave me to return the item was in Chinese, and USPS couldn’t send that using the address. I asked for address in English. Waiting a week for a reply, I finally sent it back. It cost about half the price of the item. I sent a PayPal a notice of the tracking number as requested. Now today, I got an email telling me that they have refused my dispute. The reason was that I didn’t send them a tracking number as proof that I returned it. I have a copy of the email I received from them thanking me for sending them the tracking number. So, I am really **bleep** off with this entire situation.
