I recently sold something on ebay to a client, but then Paypal charged him double and somehow missed that while authorizing the payment. They then told me that I needed to personally cover the overcharge, which I complied by purchasing an amazon gift card to cover that amount. But Paypal for some reason, refused to take the screenshots of the receipt seriously, and demanded that I buy another gift card from eBay to 'cover the overcharge expenses?' Seriously, something sounds super sketchy. I've been in regular contact with my client over this matter, and he's been obstinate and refusing to help in any way. How can I just get my money and move on from this serious issue?
