I made a claim for a refund and it was closed without any resolution or notice... no email telling me. now I am being told I only have 10 days to appeal and several days has already passed and there is no option on my screen to appeal. I have more information about the delivery NOT being made to my address from contacting USPS. the tracking number shows it to be from AMAZON and that is not correct. It also says it delivered to a Farmer Rd in Campobello SC not my address <removed>. It also states it was a 3oz package and the items i ordered and paid for were very large and very heavy and could not be delivered to a mailbox as the tracking info states. USPS is telling me that this is a scam that is going on...tracking numbers being hyjacked. I would like to understand why I am notgetting a refund for this? I keep messaging and not getting any customer service. I have been with Paypal for many many years and never had such issues. I have tried contacting the seller and got no responds. The website is still up but I have found message boards online warning of the fraud they are doing. This was a transaction on my account for 77.71 if you need to identify it. I keep trying to appeal and your system creates and instantly closes the case. I ahve sent several messages and was told a specialist would contact me but NOTHING!
