This is exactly what they expect of us. I have over 6k in my account and was simply transferring funds from PayPal to my verified bank account. So im high risk. BBB us an option, the fraud protection for internet i cant remember exactly what is called, the commonisioners office, maybe even your local news reporters. There are other forums that are also complaining about paypal its ridiculous.

@BBrian0177 I have not gotten my limitations resolved as of yet. My husband won't allow me to file a complaint because I've undergone back surgery since this has started and he doesn't want me stressed over it. But I am staying on top of it and following all old and new policy changes as well. Im determined to make PayPal pay because what they are doing is wrong and unethical.

I haven't had luck with the Facebook but twitter gets back to you pretty quickly all things considered.

Different countries have different sets of rules. If you are in the USA there is no limit on how much you can receive UNLESS, your account hasn't been verified. In which case you need to go through the steps to verify your account. As of now Course-Heros (CH)should still see the money on their end as a pending transaction until you have completed the account verification. If for whatever reason you cannot verify your account...CH would have to break down the larger transaction into smaller amounts and try sending it that way. Either way your account will need to be verified if you dont want to eventually end up with a limited account.
