As an old customer I have done nothing wrong on my side and was victimized due to PAYPAL new policy inplaced. I also was penalized by a representative supervisor who abused using service power in closing old customer account. As a marketing professor I always focus on keeping win-win customer relations and would like to urge your top management be aware the same policy. As a big company you can do anything you want, as a small customer I can only write to my network and media/press for public opinions & justice .
