Has anyone gotten any resolution for this issue? Back in March, I ordered what was advertised as "10 rolls (equal to 96 rolls) of Cottonelle Soft Cushiony toilet paper and 10 rolls of Bounty paper towels for $38.99". I finally received "some" toilet paper (10 tiny rolls of generic toilet paper) in June. I have been going back & forth with PayPal & the seller for 6 weeks now trying to get a resolution. First they offered me $5, then $10. Now I just received an email from PayPal yesterday (7/17/20) telling me that I'm being offered a full refund IF I send the product back to the seller which will cost another $45 and the address that's provided is in Chinese & they have to receive it by 7/25/20!!! The shipping time alone is impossible. PayPal doesn't seem to be helping, nor reading my complaint. I thought that they made sure that you got a full refund if the product you received wasn't as described! I've seen a lot of complaints about the same things - Product description vs actual product, Vango & PayPal not doing anything about it! I need a better resolution or I'm going to the better business bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (TFC) and consumer protection, and I'm going to sue PayPal for not holding up their end of the bargain!
