I sold an item and used PayPal for the transaction. The buyer sent full payment via PayPal, and received the item he bought. He calls and verifies that he received the item and is more than happy with it, so the agent walks him through how to release the funds on hold on my end. Funds are in my account but PayPal randomly decides to put limitations on my account so I can't transfer funds. I've called PayPal repeatedly and I'm told they can't help me. I called the buyer and he gets an agent (somehow) on the phone and I talk to her through his phone. He tells her everything is okay with the transaction. She says there is nothing she can do. So if the buyer and I are happy with the transaction, who gives PayPal the right to interfere? The buyer has received the item and is totally happy with it, and the buyer has sent payment. So now I'm without the item I sold, AND without access to the payment the buyer sent to me. After this is over I will NEVER use PayPal again and will encourage everyone else not too also!!!
