Here is my story, I hope you learn to not trust paypal resolutions center. All the scammer needs is tracking numbers I searched for some part for a door that is 20 years old, found a website that was from what it said was Washington so I ordered the parts. After I paid through paypal, low and behold the company I ordered from was in China. I get an invoice and tracking numbers through CHina post. First of all these are 20 year old parts and were only made in Germany and America, why would 20 of them be in China, but I originally ordered from Washington so it made sense to me. After about a month, the tracking all of a sudden says it was delivered three days ago at my house. I send paypal a resolution issue because nothing was delivered at my door and the seller promptly send paypal the tracking info. I later found information that shows this is a scam but paypal wont listen to you, and you cannot add anything back into the resolution once you've submitted it. A mointh after I filed the resolution with Paypal, I ordered a saw off of the internet from a different company in the state of New York. After a week of not receiving an invoice or any shipping info, I contacted the seller through email and they send me tracking information not from Ndew York, but once again through China. It gets even better folks, the tracking info they sent me was the same tracking info from the door parts, not the same company, not even the same type of products, yet this new site has my old shipping info saying my saw was delievered a month before I bought it but it was the info they sent from the door parts. THis means that these scammers have multiple sites listed in the UNited States but really coming from the same scammer in CHina. After contacting paypal multiple times about this, attaching the emails showing this fraud, Paypal finds that I owed the $107 for the door parts because the seller provided tracking info when nothing was delievered. I cnat even win because i cant file a item not as described. Paypal would not acknowledge that it was atleast deceptivde that the sites stated they were in the UNited States and were actually Chinese. ALl the seller needs is tracking info and you are **bleep**, Heck I can attach tracking info to a postcard and show that it was delievered. Paypal will not be there to help you out. I did receive a letter about my second purchase from paypal saying they refund $77 that I paid for the saw, but if the seller objects to it, they will have to give the seller the money.
