I have recently opened up a depop page to sell off items of clothing or accessories that i no longer need or want.. i have built a good review for myself as a seller with a guaranteed 1st class delivery. the only issue is that it did not occur to me to pay extra for tracked shipping as 1st class was very efficient 1-2 days and all of my buyers had received their items in a day. it has now been a week i have gone back and forth with paypal live chat and they have repeatedly told me to do this and that and it has not worked. they recommended i tell the buyers to visit the paypal website but as you can imagine not a lot of them did. one has done and this worked however i’m explain to paypal it’s unfair the others have received my item over as week ago and you’re still holding their payment on hold despite me attaching screenshot proof of them confirming it’s arrived. I feel like paypal’s customer service is terrible and useless and this money hole has inconvenienced me as i’ve not made any profit and had to pay for shipping out of my own pocket for items i haven’t even been paid for. Yet both depop and paypal have managed to take their percentage out.
