This guy bought a service from me, i provided the necessary services that was needed and i thought it was good. I did not realised that he actually filed a refund towards me claiming that I did not provide him the service but I did. This caused me to have a negative balance now. It was partly my fault for not checking my email promptly but this is really outrageous. I went online to check his email and found that he had done the similar scam on another platform/website. Is a way to re-open the issue in my case? I will attach the report of scam that he was involved in 2018. Beware of this guy..
