I opened a dispute in the resolution center almost 2months ago (the item I had purchased never showed; and when clicking on shipping info. I'd be directed to a page saying info not found) I accidentally changed the status of my case by saying item not as described; but I clearly stated in the message I never received the item. I was offered a partial refund and denied it. I have been waiting for nearly 2months I have screenshots of the resolution centers date keep changing later and later to be resolved. What can I do? I'm very upset over this and raging with frustration.
