About two months ago, I attempted to purchase a kayak from an online website. The seller provided a tracking number but I never received the item and a few days later, the website I ordered the item from disappeared. Since then, I have filed numerous disputes but each have been rejected for the exact same reason (the seller provided a tracking number). I have even submitted proof from USPS stating that I have never received the package associated with the particular tracking number. I am extremely frustrated and do not know what to do at this point. Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, how was it resolved? I've been trying to speak with a live representative through the phone but I've been unable to reach anyone.
